Poor service - Amos aluminium windows

I have used Amos on two occasions over the last two years and it's now at the point where I'm writing this review. I don't know his actual business name but his cell number is ***. His customer service is shocking. He never calls and never updates you one what is happening. He books a time to come do work then doesn't arrive and doesn't let you know. Every time I've had to call him multiple times to find out where he is and what's happening. I made the mistake of paying him the full amount this last time before I did a proper check on the quality of the job. I've been trying now for almost a month to get him back to finish up and he keeps promising and never arriving. I've had enough. I have already told him I'm going to be writing negative reviews on him and he clearly can't be bothered as he has my money. Please be aware he might be cheaper than most but his service is shocking
