One of the baddest overnight

The receptionist was the most unfriendly I have ever experienced. Totally unhelpful and unwilling to assist. For a so-called 4 star rating I think it is pushing it really to far. All of us are having issues with loadshedding, but really their can be some kind of backup lights in the place. The room was not that clean. No milk/milk tubs of fresh water for coffee. Not assistance was offered by the receptionist on dinner or breakfast or anything for that matter. A totally waste of money to stay their. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!
