Given a different room than I booked, and not given any kind of refund

I booked a room at Amorus Waterkloof Ridge via booking.com - the listing explicitly stated that the room has a balcony, and the pictures on the listing clearly showed a bathroom that looks out over a balcony with a decent view. The room I was given, however, was on the ground floor, with no balcony and opened up directly onto the parking area.

I cancelled my booking less than 30 minutes after being showed the room (after a lengthy discussion with reception about giving me the room I book), but was not given a refund at all.
