Too busy for emergency

Garage Gate not closing, jammed, cannot close with emergency cord. Not helpfull at all, claimed to have fully booked day, not prepared to swop my emergency for other routine job, sort of suggested I did something to cause fault. Her attitude could have set my mind at ease but she made my anxiety worse since I had to go to work with an open garage door, and seemed indifferent and not really seem eager to help or understand my problem. So I had to get someone so watch my place, go to work, get another contractor, which seemed ok about shifting his day around to help me.Thanks to Craig's Garage Doors.
