Chaotic Booking Management

If I could rate them 0 star i would. Made my booking via Bookin.com together with the payment like i always do with all my stays. I get to the venue and they tell me they are fully booked. They didn't even offer to help find us another venue as we have driven from far. What annoys me the most is that their other branch in Lynwood did the same thing back in 2021 June. The way they run their guest house is terrible.
