bad service

Good day i made a booking with booking.com on the 8th of February to amoris guesthouse for the 21st when i arrived at the guesthouse i was told that they are fully booked and they cant accommodate me imagine i booked 2 weeks ago. when i call head office they hanged up the phone on me now i have to look for other place.
