Amoris guest house sea point

Did a booking through Booking.com for guest house arrive 23rd December. Received numerous e mail confirmations from Booking.co. Arrived at Amoris to find they did not have a booking and guest house was full. Receptionist was not very helpful. Tried to contact Mubarak the manager but he was not available. To date have not heard from him. No apology whatsoever. receptionist did give us another guest house to look at it was a real dump.
