Amorello guest lodge was totally appalling. The manager promised to give a refund as the premises were not even worthy of being a 1 star hotel but now they ignore emails and keep pleading to be guilty and are not refunding the money yet we did not stay there because of the apalling state of the a common. A week later but no way forward
