Horrible Service !

I've been an Amore Beauty & Nails Century City, The Colosseum client for many years, where I always enjoyed my treatments; However I'm appalled and disgusted at the horrible service I received from Amore Nails and Beauty N1 City. I had a an appointment at 16h00, I got to the salon at 15h30, I waited when I got a notification on my phone I changed my appointment to 16h10 - Not true! At 16h20 a nail tech informed me another nail tech will be doing my nails she'll only do the soak off. After the soak off was done I waited for another 10/15 minutes when the nail tech said she's ready to do my nails. We proceeded to her work station, when I sat down she asked if I chose my colour, I answered, I'll be having a Gel French Overlay on my natural nails with rubber base, that's hen she looked at me strangely and went to the front desk to inform her colleague. I also informed her I booked to have my broken nail repaired, that's when I found out the nail tech can't do a Gel French Overlay and this nail tech offered to "repair" my nail with an acrylic tip. I asked her if she could do a French she admitted she can't, when I declined an acrylic tip on my natural nails I also discovered this tech did not even know how to repair a natural nail. Cherry on the cake, I only had a soak off, paid and left with the most disgusting "dirty" nails. I'll never be back ! 😡
