Disgusting service, cheap products and unprofessional

Amore Nails and Beauty is such a rip of salon in century city , Western Cape! Their service is bad and customer service is even worse! I had done a full set of hands and feet nail treatments and the next day it started popping off as if they were stick on’s! I told the the****** I’m going away for a wedding and I need my set to last, i was guaranteed it will! I had to pay another salon to remove the disgusting set of work and redo a set- costed me more money! In my previous visit the beauty the****** dropped wax on my hair while waxing my face and was so unprofessional about it!

Their booking system sucks, the the****** you book with is never there when you pitch up for the appointment!

They use cheap products and cover it with their own labels!

They promised me a refund and then when followed up on my refund they advised that they will give me a voucher instead yet I was promised a refund.

I am still waiting for the owner to contact me, maybe this distasteful review will get her to pay more attention to her Mickey Mouse salon.

After constantly experiencing bad service who wants a voucher to go back? Refund me my money please!
