Bad experience

I have never done this before but very horrified with my experience at the Brackenfell branch on Saturday the 2nd December.

Mind you, I booked this appointment for my nails and lash extensions a month in advance.

On the day I arrived at 8:30,got placed with a nail tech that did my soak off, then another one came along and took over to do my nails. She seemed a bit unsettled and all over the place but okay we proceeded with my Gel polish.

Half way through getting my nails done the manager comes and directs me to a room, advising the nail tech that was doing my nails that she must finish off my nails whilst I am laying on the bed getting my lashes done.

So now you can imagine how bizarre this must have been as the lash tech is telling me to move a certain way but the nail tech also need my arms to be in a position where she can finish my nails. Seemed like some sort of production line.

The lash tech then gets on with it,sticks the tape to my lower lashes then rips it off as it was not sticking properly, at this stage I was like "ouch that hurt" she apologized and we continue with the "session".

Then leaves the room and the manager comes back only to tell me their lash glue has been ****** and they cannot offer me that service.

So now I am up and need to go sit back at the nail booth for the nail tech to finish off my nails.

Hope this highlights how bizarre and utterly disturbing this experience was.

We book these services either to treat ourselves for a hardworking month or just as a little escape from our busy lives and this is the last thing one expects when you going to a place where you are paying for a service to be rendered that aids to de-stress.

Thank you for your R140 voucher but that will never take away the horrible experience I had. Trust nobody else has to ever experience such bad service.
