Low quality incubator and false marketing

I am very disappointed with this shop, they don't sell quality incubators. The incubator I bought is of low performance leading to low hatch rate. Their incubators are designed in a way that allows eggs to touch each other when they turn causing the eggs to crack leading them to not hatch. Their 1000 egg incubator doesn't even fit 1000 eggs instead it fits around 800 eggs which is false marketing. When I contacted them they didn't help me with anything and they refused to refund me. I regret ever doing business with them. Do not purchase these incubator that are made from China.
