Cheeky consultant

<p>When I called to clarify some details on my trip the consultant made me hold for 15 minutes. She then kept interrupting my enquiries and further down the conversation she told me I had wasted her 15 minutes because she could have dealt with another consultant. I don't recommend using this sight if you'd like to make further personal enquiries. </p>
