Amoma.com, Not so accommodating...

<p>Excited after finding the perfect hotel on Amoma.com, I complete the process and await for confirmation. I receive feedback that my booking was declined and within seconds, my cellphone rings as my bank confirms that the funds have been taken from my account. Frustrated at this, I call the Swiss number on their website and let's just say, it's been half an hour on the line waiting to speak to a consultant. I'm frustrated at the service, firstly my booking was declined whilst having funds in my account, and secondly I have to spend so much airtime calling an international number only to have to wait this long.</p> <p> </p> <p>My plans have been ruined. Never using nor recommending this site to anyone!</p>
