We are tired of getting bad service

We have been getting extremely bad service for the past 3 weeks of the bus isn't late, it will surely breakdown or not come at all. We got a bus which wasn't in good condition today the 5:30am Lawley bus which broke down in Vlakfontein and had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get another bus and the driver refused to refund the passengers who paid cash which was uncalled for as we were already late for work. The bus driver didn't even notify us as passengers as to when the next bus will arrive. Enough is enough may we please get the services we deserve and clear communication when there is a problem.
