Driver's bad attitude

On the 23 feb 2015 @ 16:40 I boarded a bus from simmonds street to zakaria park as usual. When we reach the destination the driver refused to drop me at the bus stop, he passed and drop me at the curve in penny royal crescent but his dropping his friends next to their gates. The attitude he gave me was unacceptable and it's the 2nd time now. He's not our regular driver I think he's just filling in for our usual driver. We as customers we need to be treated with respect. All I need to know which are the drop off points at Penny Royal as it seems like he's the only one who's having a problem. He just want to stop once, he end up dropping you far from where he's supposed to drop you off. You suffer for the 1st person that he drops. He will tell you he's in a hurry. That's unacceptable.
