Please help me with this policy

Assupol and amogelang group scheme are *****s, I took out a policy Wich was a groceries scheme and tombstone from them last year for my brother ,now that he passed away I was told the policy lapsed long time ago while I paid every premium for seven months, they say I didn't pay one month Wich is September last year Soo my policy is behind with that month , even if I paid that one month they can't pay
