Amo Creative - Wedding Planner

We booked Amo as our wedding planner and we booked the full package. We really hoped that she would help take stress off our shoulders, she ended up causing us more stress. She was non-responsive, takes a month to email venue after we viewed the venue. After a year, all she ever did for us was view venues with us that WE sourced and scheduled bookings with. None of the services promised by her was ever provided, no budget, no mood board, didn't help us with getting any service providers, she was always 'too busy' with other weddings. We had to cancel her services due to nothing being provided and we needed to plan our wedding. We never got our deposit back, she didn't even have the decency to reply to our last mail send to her.
