Pathetic Service

<p>This company was supposed to be my brokers and have my best interest at heart. Unfortunately, after been hijacked on the 26/11/2016, I practically am still doing everything myself to get some news on my claim. The only time they would respond is if you call them or e mail them, and that too, after a day or 2. Up to today, 19/12/16, no one even bothered asking if we were ok after that traumatic ordeal. And, we are still waiting for any type of response. Pathetic. Funny thing is, We are paying them for this type of service.</p>
