My refund

Hello Peter I bought an iPhone which was never delivered in April 2021 I was told the phones comes from overseas and I waited and waited up and the told me these things take time I will get my device at the end of the day until I asked where is phone I have been waiting she said the stock got lost on the way and she didn't insure the stock ,she doesn't know happened,I waited again as she promised on July to refund me cause I told her to just give me the money,I no longer need the device,until today I haven't got my money back it's either she comes up with long story or she ignores you,and she said she doesn't have money at that moment ,but recently she opened a physical store cause she didn't have a store before,to my surprise she does have money to open her shop but she can't refund me my R2500 it's been long I waited enough I want my money back I can't give up money last saving, please help me get my money back from April to September nothing at all,Thank you.
