Owner refuses to give refund!

Refuses to give us a refund after we cancelled our booking for a dress. We paid R1000 but R500 was supposed to be refundable in any case. She refuses to give it! When asked she said on cancellation, R1000 is forfeited. R500 is alot of money and it does not belong to her.
