Unsatisfied client

It all started Jan 2023 when pretty was still a sale consultant at Ami, I went there with my friend and they promised to get a job for us in Canada as a caregiver. All documents submitted, since January that we make payments no response from them again till around march when Monica called again. He asked for all the documents and was submitted. Fast forward to July 2023, they sent an email that we've received an ita that's to apply for pr. I was sceptical to go that way cos of the money involved but Tanaka and Rahim had a zoom meeting with us and told us that is the best way to go . I and a friend make the payment for the PR application and the 3rd person said he couldn't because the cost is too high for her. After some months again another agent messaged me that she's the new account manager handling my travelling and she asked us to do medicals ahead hmmmm medical for a whole family of 5. That cost ABT 12000 rand , we did it send everything to her again and last year I was told that the application has been submitted by Tebatso waiting for biometric day. After some months of no reply to messages again. I called the Ami travel and tour line and that leads me to trokon initially he was helpful and told me that we need to pay the money that's supposed to be paid at the point of entry in Canada ahead and we did as well. When I asked for the update of my application this year was told that it got rejected. Fine send me the rejection letter? They couldn't provide it, send me the proof of submission, they couldn't provide it. Trokon asked me to apply for a refund that I wouldn't get all the money I app**** for the refund now over 2 months now reply since then. All the money I paid to you is over 161,000 without U showing any proof of the job U did for me U said you will refund me but not all. Send the ones u want to refund and let me move forward in life, but U r making my life difficult again after wasting more than 2 yrs with U. The money calculated there doesn't include the medical of 12000, wes 5000 and IELTS 4800 ooooo. All those things got wasted like that. Plz refund me and let me pick up the remaining pieces of my life.
