Total support when we needed it
My husband and I were extremely appreciative of the support we received from 'Rose and Tanaka' at AMI Travel and Tours. We were unable to travel on dates we had originally booked due to unforeseen circumstances and they went above and beyond in liaising with the hotel in Bali so we could rebook at a later date on a non refundable package, and also change our tickets, at no extra cost. I have to thank you for showing compassion and allowing us to travel at a time that was more acceptable.
Our vacation was amazing, and won't hesitate using you guys in the future. Keep up the good work.
