Tanaka, the real name to call at AMI Travel, she's the definition of customer satisfaction

The best travel agency, very friendly staff. They found me a flight with about 30% difference from my previous quote. Very nice. My Consultant Tanaka was great. Very nice lady to work with. I would recommend her. I had no issue at all, and she was available 24/7. Something that usually take other travel agencies to handle in hours, she handles them in minutes. I had issue with the room I was given, so I immediately WhatsApp her. Within 10 minutes, the Hotel receptionist came to me, saying my room was upgraded. She upgraded my room, for free, at no extra cost. I was so embarrassed, and when I asked her, what was the difference to pay, her exact texts: "You don't have to bother Samia. You are our guest, so it's our responsibility to ensure you are comfortable, and have a wonderful stay. You don't have to pay extra to be comfortable. It's our obligation, to ensure you are comfortable once you pay for your package. Enjoy your Vacation". No Travel agency has done this for me, in the over 10 years I have been traveling, not even the Travel Agency I have been using for the last 4 years. This is the true definition of customer satisfaction. I am so glad that I booked with AMI Travel. They deserve ever single inch of my 5 star review. Thanks Tanaka, you are a star, and you deserve this review. I look forward to an amazing trip again, to my next vacation.
