Tanaka finally kept her promise

In December of last year, I reached out to AMI Group to inquire about their services in helping me apply for immigration to Australia. Tanaka was my Account Manager, and she is not only very thorough, but also very knowledgeable about the process, and she helps you all the way through it. She also has a fantastic and kind attitude, and she always answered my questions and left me with a large smile on my face, no matter how many times I contacted her. One of the things I appreciated most about her was the diligence with which she checked in with me to ensure that I had filed the necessary paperwork on time.
