When you book a trip, a travel planner can make or break your trip. We have been traveling for over 30 years and have finally found the best travel company in the world. I have never written a review before, not because I have never had a good or bad experience, but because I do not think it is worth my time for the bad ones and it is not my job to sell your brand for the good ones. But I would not be fair if I did the same thing with this Travel Agency because the level of service was so exceptional. Rahim from AMI Sandton is an extraordinary young man. He is cool and pays attention, and even though he can get very busy at times, when he comes back to you, it will be good news, and he will give you his full attention and focus. With this being my second trip with AMI Travel, I can say without a doubt that they are the best travel agency out there, and Rahim always goes above and beyond for us and makes us feel welcome. He never makes us feel like we have to purchase extras, but we always do. Without him, our trips just would not be the same. I thought that the first trip was just a way to get us to like them, but this second trip to explore Thailand, across ****et, Bangkok, Krabi, Chiang Mai, and Phi Phi Island for a day was amazing. He made my wife's birthday very special, but the most important thing is that we finally could afford the trip based on the affordability of their package. I have already used them to book my third and fourth trips. I think of AMI Travel and Tours as a travel agency where you pay for one trip and get two trips.
