Overall good company and will recommend them
-You are guys travel packages are affordable -You guys need to work on your customer service, it's very poor -You guys need to increase your team size to handle the number of clients you have, it's frustrating getting hold of someone -Our vacation was great, and had no single issue or problem -Our consultant was available 24/7 asking us if we are ok, and needed anything, from the day we left Joburg and came back -Overall great experience -We will use your service again
