Overall experience with AMI Travel division

1. Packages are affordable, exactly as advertised 2. You even get above your money value 3. We got and experienced everything that was included in the package 4. Communication was extremely terrible during the booking process. To get hold of someone was a war. If you don't have an account manager, getting hold of someone was challenging, and when you eventually do, they can't help. I feel it makes things difficult for first time users, and as a company that speaks highly of being a 5 Star Agency, you should be perfect in everything. 5. My account manager Saba, was extremely helpful, kind and sweet from the day she contacted me, up to the day we came back from our trip. She was easily accessible throughout the trip and checking up on us. 6. Overall, good experience but I rate them 4 star because they should work on their communication
