Never trust AMI Group of Companies with your money and hope they will deliver that dream holiday

I sought services from AMI travel and tours/ AMI group of companies for a trip to Dubai and they never delivered. I paid an amount of R56 726,28 and forgot to do immediate payment to qualify for 7% discount. The consultant, Sh****n advised me to make another payment and do immediate payment and I will be refunded the first payment within 3 days. That was 20 January 2025, till today I have not received my refund. For the other R56 726,28 I paid, three days before we are supposed to go on our long awaited family vacation, AMI did not send us any travel documents, no Visas, flight tickets, hotel confirmation and sight seeing tickets as they promised. The consultant stopped taking our calls, responding to our WhatsApp messages and emails. These people did not care how this was affecting me and my kids. They promised to refund all my money, made me to fill numerous forms, 5 months later they have not paid my refund. AMI I want my money back, an amount R113 452,56 (R56 726,28 x2).
