My upfront experience has been excellent. Tanaka was professional, and timely, and very patient. We got a 7 Nights package to Athens for about 40% cheaper then my first quote. We just got our tickets and hotel confirmation. all perfect, and came exactly as discussed. We have not taken our trip yet so I will not comment past the purchase experience.
