I think Lucinda is incredibly intelligent
I think Lucinda is incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, and kind, and I really appreciate the way she handled my case. She keeps me on the phone, offers me some options, never hangs up, and then sends me to the supervisor where I really express myself. She is excellent in human resources, so please keep her; she is valuable to your business. The next time I fly, I'd like to have her since I'll absolutely use you guys again.
