About the price and result: I know that just like others, I was afraid that their prices are too good to be true. But this one come through. I highly recommend the company. Rahim was open, honest, and easy to work with. I have already passed along his name and number to friends.
About the customer service: Even though everything went as planned, I had series of difficulties getting hold of Rahim on multiple occasions prior to my departure. I know he might be very busy dealing with others, but as a customer, I want to always be able to get hold of my consultant. You guys need to get more people. Not everyone will be able to understand.
During the trip: During my trip, I was treated like a celebrity. I won't lie, the Rahim that was difficult to get hold of prior to my trip, was the one contacting me with regular updates, like pick up time, drivers departure, scheduled activities, checking me in, making relevant reservations, etc. Everything was well planned. Overall: I had a great time, I won't lie. It was amazing, and what I experienced, was never thought of, especially for the money paid. I have already booked 4 more packages for next year, and will recommend you do the same. You won't regret it.
