I am over happy

Today I got the news from your office that my Mom’s H&C application was approved! I am so happy that I can’t help crying. I’m going to tell Mom about it tonight – we have to prepare her: good news requires right presentation too. Thank you so much for your professionalism and the job you’ve done!
