Exceptional and genuine service by Lucinda
Lucinda went above and beyond her call of duty to accommodate our request for two Queen beds vs one King bed. More importantly, she even took the time to contact us with confirmation of the amendment via a phone call and sent a follow up Email too! AMI Travel customer service is wonderful, just like how affordable their prices are.
