Cancelled trip 5 days to departure date
My trip was cancelled 5 days to departure which denied me an opportunity to seek for snother destination. Am now told that it will take 36 days to refund me and the request might even be denied even though it’s their staff incompetency that the trip was cancelled on the 11th hour by them
