Tanaka, our account manager, provides exceptional service. I cannot say enough positive things about her! She was truly exceptional in her service, always prompt with replies and quick to provide new options and alternatives. During our trip, she was available to assist us when we encountered a few questionable activities, which significantly enhanced our relaxation and peace of mind. Her support allowed us to truly enjoy our wonderful vacation without any stress. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience!
