I’ve been really impressed with the AMI Group Wallet concept. It feels like a completely different way of planning and saving for travel, you can deposit money into your travel wallet and, according to the programme terms, your balance can earn interest that can later be used toward a future holiday.

I actually made a duplicate payment, and instead of immediately requesting a refund, Rahim explained that I could keep the extra amount in my AMI Travel Wallet for a future trip. Over the following three months, the balance generated more than R9,600 in interest, which was an amazing surprise.

I think this is a brilliant concept and a very innovative approach to travel. I’ve now deposited a good amount into my wallet and I’m looking forward to watching it grow while I plan my next holiday. AMI Group is definitely doing something different here.
