HORRIFIC SERVICE

HORRIFIC SERVICE!!!! Took my vehicle in for a power problem, service agent came back stating that its the gearbox oil that is low (gearbox oil has nothing to do with the power and I had no leaks on the vehicle at all), questioning the expertise and the ethics of the services here. When I took it back for THE SAME ISSUE but now the engine light is on, they made we wait over an hour before someone would speak to me. Now they came back saying that because the vehicle is now out of service plan (but it wasn't when I took it in with THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM), it will cost me between R 5 000 and R 45 000 to fix. We have been clients here for over 10 years and have this problem with this branch twice now.
