AMG Umhlanga the choice if you want to wait 3 weeks for the, to tell you they can’t run a simple diagnostic on a Mercedes ML

After my car was towed to AMG Umhlanga 3 weeks later after not being helped over the phone they told me when visiting the branch and demanding to speak to a manager she finds out that they can not repair my car as they are not qualified enough. It was the worst service I expected from such a Brand. Absolutely pathetic. I would advise all Mercedes clients to take their business to another after sales service department as AMG Umhlanga proved to be useless and waisted 3 weeks of my and my insurance companies time.
