Don’t event use Amex

What poor service from Amex . Never again , they are the worst. I have been waiting for my package the entire day and I’ve been following up and I was told my delivery will happen after 12 . Around half 1 I contact them again asking and they told me it will be delivered by close of business and again now I reach out and I’m told it won’t be delivered. And now no one is bothering to contact me
