Amex is a joke

I had a transaction come off my credit card for $999 to which i called Amex and spoke to a consultant which was very helpful however when I am been told I must wait 6 to 8 weeks for an investigation I am sorry thats pathetic. He gets a manager to contact me but she is just as clueless as the next idiot ! It really is not rocket science to see that transaction was done in $ not Rands which already says something, second of all who ever took the money had to be from the Bank itsself as they knew my exact limit and left all the money which was in the positive behind but oh no they need 6-8 weeks to investigate what a joke yet they say they are customer obsessed what a pathetic bunch of *****s
