American Express Reward : *********** / Shocking Poor Service/ No repsonse

Can not log on Amex Rewards to redeem our points since early in Jan 2020. *********** Call Centre Customer Service despite more than 10 phone calls(took minimum 30 mins each call to speak to 3 - 4 agents) plus physical visit their Festival Nedbank Branch to update all info. : no one is able to revolve the problem. They kept on SMS OTP to the wrong Cell number ( even we updated it ) to the correct Cell number !!! Absolutely not acceptable. Feb 27, 2020 9:26 am
