Ametis Tehuis Health and Safety Shortcomings

The sickbay floor is ill equipped and in a disgraceful condition. Staff are underperforming and not trained and have no qualifications. They also carry no identification making it hard to trace mistreatment. Patients are being mishandled and injured! There is poor communication among staff about the medical history of patients. This leads to complications developing from previous ailments. There is also a supreme lack of accountability among carers and sisters who do not take ownership of patients' well-being.<br> There are hardware deficiencies. The lifts keep breaking with the doors slamming closed and injuring tenants. There is no lift attendant to assist patients.<br> The quality of the food being provided and the service of the majority of the staff is utterly lacking.<br> This ill-attitude of the staff and Ametis Tehuis as a whole has continued long enough and I feel that it must be brought to light.
