Still the best in the business!

They are friendly and reassuring, take time to answer all questions in detail, don't ever force a sale, will rather say "if you're not sure you can take your time and come back when you're ready". Their hygiene standards are exceptional. As a healthcare worker myself I am always very impressed at how meticulous they are. Irrespective of often you go, they will always give you the pre chat with clearly outlined procedure, what to expect, risks, what to do, etc. And after the procedure they give you full aftercare instructions with share products to apply at home.

I cannot recommend them enough.
