Zero customer service

No customer service at all! I handed in a silver pearl ring for repairs at the Klerksdorp branch and was told that it will be repaired and returned within two weeks. After 26 days, l called and was casually informed that the ring was returned because they did not have a matching pearl! How absurd!! And if it wás the case - why did they not call me so that we could make another plan?!?! They just left me in the dark with no communication or attempt to deliver a smidge of customer service at all!
