wrong size ring returned

I bought a ring at American Swiss which was the standard size. it was big so I took it back to get resized. Firstly I was not notified that the ring was ready for collection as promised till I had to call and enquire. Then when I get the ring its not the size that o had fitted on and asked for. The ring is still big. I was told that I would need to get it resized again which would cost me another R75 for their mistake.
