Worst store ever, with low quality rings

After selling me a defective ring that started to lose shape, colour and stones fall off in less than 2 weeks, they said the only option i have is to fix the ring and pay for it. They called me on Friday 14 Nov 25.

This is an insult as the emails said they are looking into this but the store- Asj liberty mall pietermaritzburg insist that I pay for repairs and can't return or get a refund!
