Worst service and quality!!!

So firstly we waited 8 weeks for a customer ring. The size needed to be changed. Eventually when we could get the ring they couldn't call us because both My and my fiance numbers were wrong on the system. But they could call us to sell us ensurenses. Okey eventually we posed into the store with the surprise that here you go the ring is ready. Having my ring for only a week. One diamond already fell out? I go back there. Them telling me no they need to first find out if they can fix it.

Now I really don't want to go back give my ring in then wait another 8weeks?! This is ridiculous. I'm so disgusting that we ever chose American Swiss for this. I mean really. The worst service ever!!!!!!!! And I know now a manager will be calling me but that's not good enough. Because I refuse to wait another 8 weeks. I've been Engaged longer then I've had a ring.
