WORST SERVICE AND NOT EVEN HIGHER MANAGMENT AVAILABLE

<p>I bought a diesel watch from American Swiss in Rustenburg waterfall mall. The watched screen was damaged and i gave the watch in to get the glass repaired on the 2 September 2016. In November 2016 i phoned the store to follo up on my wath and the watched was not back from repairs. I then phoned the customer service line to report the matter. Someone then called me back and said that the store manager Charmaine will sort it out and then get back to me. When the manager phoned me i asked her to please get my watch back even if it is not repaired. she then said she will follow up and the call me back.</p> <p>No one ever got back to me. !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 11 January 2017 i went to the store to follow up on my watch. When i got to the store the assistant checked the watch for me and open a envelope with my details on it but it was not my watch. i ask for the manager and she said that the manager Chairmaine was on leave. I the asked for the Area Managers telephone number ans she said they are not allowed to give it to me. The assistant said that i must bring my slip and the box so that they can see what watch it is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then the following day i went to the store with the slip and the watch with the product code and serial number. But the store could still not assist me. I gave them every thing they need. and with the product code they can see what the watch look like.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then phone the customer service department on the 11 january 2017 and logged a complain. The customer service department said that oprations will come back to me with in 48 hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>No one got back to me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 16 january i phoned customer service again and asked about the complaind that i have already logged. Customer service then said the complain was logged and they gave me a telephone number of Gail ********** . I left several messages on this number and up until today 20 january 2017 no one has come back to me.</p> <p> I need my watch back that i am waiting for for the past 5 months. I aslo going to make a case at the police station.</p>
