Worst service

I am not pleased with the service received from the start. They promised to call regarding the ring I chose for resizing and never called until I went to the branch- cradlestone Mall.

I have arranged a ceremony for blessing the rings and when I collect my wifes ring it was not sized as requested instead they lie to me.

Now I had to cancel my arrangements since I have to return the ring for another resizing.
